Michelle Andrews

Michelle Andrews is in the process of achieving her Masters in Art Therapy Counseling at Marylhurst University. She is currently working with adults with mental illness in a residential facility. After graduating in June of this year Michelle hopes to work in several areas including domestic violence, mental illness, Alzheimer's/Dementia, or with children in trauma. She is newly married and enjoys spending time with her husband playing board games, working on their house, or undertaking artistic endeavors. Both of their families are close which they enjoy because it affords them a great deal of fun family time. When not working, studying, or writing her next brilliant paper, Michelle spends her time creating her own artwork. She considers herself to be a fiber artist as she enjoys knitting, crocheting, sewing, tatting, etc. Michelle has enjoyed putting her artistic passions into this piece for the Chair Affair.
