Julie Jade Cowperthwaite Excited by my first experience with finger paints at age 2, I’ve expressed my creativity in various media from furniture design, landscaping to mixed media. While backpacking through Europe, I was greatly influenced by the masterpieces of impressionism and abstract art in the museums in Paris. My current inspirations are the beauty and simplicity of nature and Japanese aesthetics. I’ve had a past life as an engineer in a nuclear plant, computer programmer in Toronto and South Africa, and project manager in the telecom industry.
