To leave a gift in your will or living trust, share this sentence with your financial planner or attorney:
“I bequeath ($____ or _____% of my estate) to Community Warehouse, located at 3969 NE MLK Jr Blvd, Portland, OR.” Or, you can designate Community Warehouse as a beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy. You can modify your bequest at any time if your circumstances change.

Furniture
Ensure your treasured belongings continue to be loved and appreciated for years to come. You can add us to your will with the suggested language: “I give, devise, and bequeath to Community Warehouse [specific furniture description] for the organization’s charitable purposes.” Donations are tax-deductible.
Please notify your family to contact Community Warehouse when they are ready to donate your furniture on your behalf, and let them know there is a pickup fee if they need to utilize our pickup service.
We do not provide estate sale services.
